Video's not working for me either. Is this a browser issue? I'm on the latest Firefox.
Not sure what all the fuss is about. Most DJ frames look the same to me (other than variances in paint or sticker designs). Shapes are mostly the same. It's not like there are obvious differences (say when you're comparing a Turner 5 Spot to an Ibis Mojo). But I like Pivots though. Their M4X, Phoenix, and Mach 5.7 Carbon are frames I totally wouldn't kick out of bed for eating crackers...uh waitaminute.
BTW, this opinion is given by a non-DJer. Uh-oh, I smell negative props.
Uphill on a chairlift. ; )
Great edit, got me stoked to go mountain biking. Not down hill, not up hill, just mountain biking.
Does anyone know if the rear triangle is swappable with a TR450? I've got a 2010 450 and would love to have the 250's adjustable rear drop out (which is shorter overall) and the upgraded axle clamp (which was updated on the 2011 TR450 I believe).
But don't you know? 'some mythical god' is also a main-brand sponsor. Gotta keep the sponsors happy and throw a shout out when you're on the podium. ; ) To be fair, Gwin is actually pretty reserved about his religion (he even said he doesn't mean to be preachy about it). After reading his interview in Dirt mag, it apparently is a big part of his life and affects the way he goes about things. It seems to keep him grounded and keeps things in perspective for him. I think that's a good thing, and I'm not even remotely religious. Ever watch MX or SX? Now those guys never fail to 'give it up to the man above'. : ) About Us
